Q: Do I need an appointment to get my car worked on?
A: An appointment works best in order to plan the days work. Most typically, one or two days notice will be needed to get an appointment to get your car in to be looked at.

Q: How long will it take to get my car in to get it worked on?
A: Most general repairs can be done the same day your car is dropped off. About the only time it will take longer, would be if the parts are not available and have to be ordered in.

Q: Do you have a tow truck or do I need to make arrangements to have my vehicle towed in?
A: We do not have a tow truck at this time, but know of some reputable tow companies in town that we can refer you to.

Q: Is there anyone who can give me a ride back home or to work when I drop my car off?
A: Most generally, we can give you a ride to where ever it is that you need to go within a five mile limit, as well as pick you up when your car is completed.

Q: Do you take payments?
A: We have an option of financing through GE Capital with approved credit. If approved, you get 6 months of deferred interest. On any work over $500.00, we require 50 percent down payment before any work is started, and then the remainder due at the time the vehicle is picked up. No vehicle will be released without payment in full.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday - Friday We make sure to have the gates open in the mornings by 7:30 A.M. for early vehicle drop off.

Q: Do you have a night drop?
A: We do not at this time have an area for customers to drop off their vehicles at night that is secure. Our entire property is fenced in and locked at night and patrolled by security. You will most likely need to bring in your car before closing the night before, or bring it in for early morning drop off when the gates have been opened.

Q: Can I bring in my own parts?
A: Most generally, we do not install customer- supplied parts. Since we offer a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, our policy states that the parts have to meet a certain standard of quality. Another way to look at it would be to ask yourself if you take in your own food and ask a restaurant if they would cook it for you?

Q: Do you do free diagnostics and estimates?
A: Our technicians are continually attending classes and training seminars to stay up to date on all of the constant changes in vehicles. The cost involved in doing this runs into thousands of dollars a year spent on knowledge. It would not be fair to then ask the technician to do a free diagnosis on any vehicle since this is how he feeds his family. We do however, give you and estimate on repairs needed, and will also offer different prices and options as they are available before actually doing any repair. A full explanation of the needed repairs will be gone over with you so that you will understand why they are needed and how much they will cost, so that you can make a decision from a position of knowledge rather than of emotion.

Q: What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
A: If you can drive it and it rolls down the road, we'll work on it. The only exception would be motorcycles and ATVs.
